About the position

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. This part-time role involves supporting the Account Manager in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and motivated, thriving in a collaborative environment while helping clients achieve their marketing objectives through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to enhance campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Assist in the development of new strategies to improve ROI for clients.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
