About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Duke Corporate Education is responsible for managing and executing the organization's digital marketing strategies. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness and engagement through various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content. The specialist will utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve content effectiveness, ultimately supporting the organization's mission to empower leaders and drive sustainable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support digital marketing and email campaigns through segmentation and management of lead generation activities.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all planned materials.
  • Use data and analytics to track performance and adjust content strategies based on insights.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, including key metrics such as engagement, reach, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization's marketing objectives.
  • Craft compelling content that communicates the organization's value proposition and engages the target audience.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to create and distribute client-specific and regional content.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with influencers to amplify social media presence.
  • Engage with followers on social media platforms to foster a positive community experience.
  • Upload thought leadership articles and routine updates via content management systems (WordPress and Hubspot).
  • Optimize digital content for SEO best practices to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for digital content.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and leverage knowledge for creative ideas.
  • Participate in cross-functional team efforts to meet organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Expertise in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Hubspot and WordPress preferred.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and trends in leadership development is highly desirable.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and partners.
  • Resilient and able to cope in a fast-paced environment.
