About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Aramark is responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns aimed at promoting products and services, enhancing brand awareness, and generating leads. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive digital presence and effective product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Perform market research and analyze customer data.
  • Develop content for AramarkRefreshments.com and ensure brand consistency.
  • Own the digital product lifecycle process and measure success based on KPIs.
  • Drive profitable growth through a comprehensive digital strategy and marketing plan.
  • Create digital images, videos, and infographics for marketing purposes.
  • Research and compile information for advertisements and newsletters.
  • Develop e-commerce standards and provide quality control for digitized material.
  • Oversee new product uploads, categorization, and attribution in PIM.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Sales Enablement, and Finance Teams to gather metrics and ensure proper solutions are in place.
  • Work with Marketing and Brand Leaders to develop appropriate programs and content.
  • Collaborate with B2B Communication Teams to develop PR campaigns and case studies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing and e-commerce experience.
  • Expertise in digital platforms including Adobe and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to convey vision through data and visualization.
  • Ability to interpret digital marketing data and social media trends.
