We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a challenging work environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the financial industry. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing our digital marketing initiatives across various paid channels, including display, paid social, paid search, and third-party platforms. You will report directly to the Head of Website and Digital Marketing and will play a crucial role in driving our marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on digital paid media strategies, trends, tools, and capabilities. Your primary focus will be to execute paid digital advertising campaigns aimed at generating awareness, engagement, and demand throughout the buyer's journey. You will manage a diverse set of digital channels, ensuring that messaging is on-brand and tailored to the target audience and campaign objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a marketing budget aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead generation objectives, with a strong emphasis on funnel conversion and efficient growth. Collaboration is key at MX, and you will work closely with the SEO lead to integrate paid and organic strategies, ensuring we dominate search engine results pages (SERPs) for both branded and non-branded keywords. Your data-driven approach will be essential in measuring results and optimizing campaigns to achieve the best outcomes. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration, with travel expectations of about 15% for remote employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid channels including display, paid social, paid search, and third-party platforms.
  • Become a subject matter expert on digital paid media strategies, trends, tools, and capabilities.
  • Execute paid digital advertising to create touch points throughout the buyer's journey, generating awareness, engagement, and demand.
  • Manage a set of digital channels to specific audience segments and drive measurable results.
  • Oversee a marketing budget against KPIs and lead generation objectives, focusing on funnel conversion and core business metrics.
  • Ensure messaging is on-brand and on-target for the audience, channel, and campaign objectives.
  • Leverage paid advertising to enhance organic channels, website copy, sales collateral, and product marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with the SEO lead to integrate paid and organic strategies for optimal SERP performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of marketing or related experience.
  • Strong understanding of paid channels including search, video, display, and social.
  • Proven track record of success with paid channels, testing, and optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices.
  • Project management skills and ability to coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders.
