As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be integral to our mission of enhancing customer engagement and retention through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating closely with digital marketing leads and team members to execute and optimize various campaigns, including CRM initiatives, loyalty programs, website updates, and paid digital media. Your expertise will help us create a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusion, ensuring that our marketing efforts resonate with our customers and drive business growth. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications. You will perform customer segmentation, manage databases, and analyze campaign performance metrics to deliver targeted communications that improve engagement and conversion rates. Additionally, you will support the implementation of loyalty program initiatives, monitor their performance, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancements. Your role will also involve updating and maintaining website content, collaborating with the web development team to implement design changes, and monitoring performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities. Furthermore, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital media campaigns across various platforms. This includes monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, and display advertising. Your ability to curate engaging content and conduct market research will be essential in informing and activating our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on CRM, email marketing, SMS, and paid digital media.
  • Experience with loyalty program management and website content management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems and web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
