About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at BCGK is a part-time, hybrid role focused on enhancing the company's digital marketing efforts. The position involves content creation, campaign optimization, and data analysis to improve user engagement and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing agency and internal teams to develop strategies that align with the company's goals in real estate investment.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and SEO-friendly website landing pages that align with the brand voice.
  • Analyze competitor websites and content strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend optimizations for the website and digital campaigns to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
  • Analyze sales funnels and customer behavior to identify trends, drop-offs, and opportunities for conversion improvement.
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs, including leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Monitor and track email campaign metrics, including delivery rates, open rates, and click-through rates.
  • Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to ensure digital strategies are ahead of industry trends.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event activities, including website updates, pre-event campaigns, logistics, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build brand awareness and expand audience reach.

Requirements

  • Strong data analytics background and experience is required.
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), email marketing, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with real estate investing is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating events is a plus.
