As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Dayton Lamina, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy that optimizes existing user interface designs for our brands. Your role will involve the development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of our company website(s) and other customer-facing digital tools and systems aimed at enhancing the experience for both customers and distributors. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and IT teams to support sales initiatives through effective marketing campaigns, improved functionality, and sales efforts. This position requires you to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will own the CRM environment (Salesforce) by developing and managing a company-wide strategy. This includes gathering feedback and needs from various departments, developing functionality, and administering the system. You will also be expected to continuously learn and implement AI-driven strategies in content creation, imagery, and all feasible marketing avenues. Your ability to balance experience, skill sets, and contributions across various marketing initiatives will be crucial, particularly in understanding B2B marketing, customer journeys, content development, metrics, UX/UI, and project management. Your responsibilities will include managing or supporting customer-facing processes such as printing, websites, collateral creation, and marketing campaigns. You will also manage the technical aspects of key marketing systems, including marketing automation, CRM, website, PIM, and CMS. Coordination with marketing, IT, and vendors will be essential to overcome technical challenges in displaying content. You will write, review, reorganize, migrate, or recreate existing, refreshed, and new content, publishing it on the company website and blogs while editing and revising as necessary. Analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations for optimization will also be part of your role. Understanding sales processes for B2B industrial manufacturing selling through distributors will be necessary, as you will need to translate these processes into SFA or CRM. You will monitor and maintain product data quality within the product, pricing, and marketing database, evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance, and execute projects with the team to create content. Working with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed and leading organizational improvements to processes and systems will also be part of your responsibilities. Other job responsibilities may be assigned by management as required and appropriate to the position. Please note that weekend work may be required at times to accomplish all tasks on time or to complete work related to competing priorities.
