About the position

Re-Bath, a leading bathroom remodeling brand with over 100 franchises across more than 120 DMAs, is on a mission to make residential bathroom renovation an effortless experience. We handle every detail from design and selection of quality products to demo and installation. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a crucial role in onboarding and managing our internal franchise partners. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our franchisees receive the necessary support and training to execute their marketing plans effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating monthly reports that highlight campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization, acting as the primary point of contact for our franchisees. This role requires close collaboration with the greater managed services team to ensure that digital campaigns run smoothly and drive results. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also need to stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to ensure that our campaigns remain innovative and cutting-edge. This position offers a salary range of $55,000 - $60,000, along with bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Work with franchisees to understand their marketing goals and objectives and develop customized marketing plans to achieve them.
  • Develop and manage the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to execute their marketing plans successfully.
  • Provide ongoing customer support to franchisees, acting as the primary point of contact for questions and concerns.
  • Generate monthly reports that highlight campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Work closely with the greater managed services team to ensure campaigns are aligned with franchisees' goals and objectives.
  • Continuously monitor industry developments and emerging trends to ensure campaigns are innovative and cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on customer success management and working with franchise organizations and franchisees or multi-unit companies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with franchise organizations and understanding of the unique needs of franchisees preferred.
