About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Research advertising trends.
  • Research competitors pricing and products.
  • Perform ad copywriting and content creation.
  • Decide on appropriate placement of ads.
  • Create and execute email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Administer website and publish/update content.
  • Measure digital traffic.
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to marketing manager.
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor project status and budget.
  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a job-related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and ecommerce web tools.
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM concepts.
  • Familiarity with Google Apps and Google Analytics required.
