About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence of AlphaGraphics and PostNet. This role involves managing website content, implementing SEO strategies, and executing digital advertising campaigns. The specialist will also analyze performance metrics and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to inform digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns tailored to brand needs.
  • Oversee national website content to ensure it is current and relevant.
  • Utilize HTML for website updates and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with content specialists to integrate messaging across digital channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Manage online listings and off-site SEO efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance for data-driven improvements.
  • Craft and implement digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Monitor ad spend and analyze campaign performance for optimization.
  • Interact with key stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for digital marketing programs.
  • Support the development of training materials for franchisees on digital marketing.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance of digital marketing efforts.
  • Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies for brand awareness and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or web content management.
  • Basic understanding of HTML for website updates.
  • Understanding of small business operations and franchise marketing is beneficial.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage digital advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems and website platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO software like SEMRush or AHrefs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
