• Design and implement email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage workflow and approval processes for all assigned marketing projects.
• Track digital marketing results and assist in analyzing campaign data.
• Communicate professionally with key stakeholders, providing guidance on messaging and marketing strategies.
• Act as a Lincoln brand ambassador, ensuring marketing efforts align with company best practices and style guidelines.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the commercial real estate industry to create relevant marketing strategies.
• Support special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and professionally.
• Strong creative acumen with the ability to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
