About the position

The Digital Media Marketing Specialist at Citarella is responsible for representing the company through various digital channels, focusing on brand storytelling and customer engagement. This role aims to enhance brand awareness, attract new customers, and re-engage existing ones through effective digital marketing strategies, including email and SMS campaigns. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to implement digital marketing initiatives that drive traffic and sales both online and in-store.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of the company through digital channels.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing and email strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct competitive research and audience identification.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative growth strategies.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and track all digital/email marketing initiatives.
  • Manage digital/email marketing campaigns and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Increase email and SMS subscribers and expand online traffic.
  • Maintain understanding of SEM and SEO best practices and make recommendations.
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals using analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve marketing goals and promotional tie-ins.
  • Generate and share engaging content across various platforms.
  • Stay informed of new technologies and guide the company on advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with digital media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok).
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Experience with email platforms and customer journey automations.
  • Understanding of paid media strategy and digital tactics.
