About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Sequoia Financial Group is responsible for managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including the creation of email databases, automation tools, and newsletters. This role aims to enhance client engagement and drive revenue through effective email communications and social media coordination, while collaborating with various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create email lists and campaigns managing the process from end-to-end
  • Create and implement various CTAs and email templates that are well written and free from mistakes
  • Determine email marketing KPIs
  • Develop, analyze, and present data reports and suggest methods for improvements
  • Create and maintain static and dynamic email lists taking full responsibility
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
  • Work with outside partners to support and supplement internal activities
  • Assist with coordinating social media, blog content, and webinar production
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on various shared tasks and responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and data analytics
  • Pardot experience required - 1-2 years
  • Proficiency using marketing automation technology and software
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • High willingness to learn and ensure projects are completed by deadlines
  • Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a collaborative environment with diverse personalities and geographies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
