We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote Tommy Gate's and Anteo's products and services. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and execute strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive online traffic, and increase sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize all company websites (internal and external) and digital presence to improve the user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance.
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve key business objectives.
  • Setup reporting for reliable and real-time data for the internal marketing team and the executive team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media updates, to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, ensuring effective targeting and budget management.
  • Find gaps in marketing processes, develop creative or simple solutions to complex problems, and contribute to the catalog of marketing department SOP's.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep Tommy Gate and Anteo at the forefront of the industry.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, web development, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of the customer journey from new leads to loyal customers and the role that our marketing technology plays in developing that relationship.
  • Ability to learn new technology fast and apply key benefits to our current assets and campaigns.
  • Understand where our campaigns are at all times through tracking processes.
  • Working knowledge of UMBRACO, WIX, and other website building tools.
  • Demonstrates remarkable knowledge in data reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Understanding of best practices for optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, pay attention to small details, provide feedback, review content, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication, project, and campaign management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
