About the position

This is an onsite position that is open to all California residents. If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. We are a Software Development and Consultancy company serving several different verticals. Our ideal candidate is someone who can wear multiple hats and has experience as a growth marketer. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, activities, and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Responsibilities include planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. You will design, build, and maintain our social media presence, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identifying trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights, brainstorming new and creative growth strategies, and planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests are also key responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience is essential. You will utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, instrument conversion points, and optimize user funnels. As part of content marketing activities, you will create blog content as well as landing pages to promote our presence digitally. A passion for solving problems and proposing functional solutions is crucial, along with an ability to learn and evolve, so that you can help teach others. Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools, Google Ads, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with performance marketing, e-commerce, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
