About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Solvita plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization's online presence and engagement through effective digital marketing strategies. This position involves developing, maintaining, and distributing reports and dashboards that effectively present digital marketing metrics, allowing the team to track performance and make informed decisions. The specialist will create and manage social media content calendars across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that resonates with the audience. Additionally, the role requires the creation, analysis, and reporting on all digital and pay-per-click advertising efforts, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary. Engagement with the audience is a key component of this role, as the specialist will monitor social media across all platforms and interact with users when appropriate. Collaboration with the Marketing/Communications team is essential to execute creative, paid media, and social media tactics that align with the overall marketing strategy. The specialist will also manage social media budgets to optimize spending and boost high-performing posts, utilizing analytical skills to interpret data from social media, digital, and website sources to enhance reach, impact, engagement, and brand awareness. In addition to these responsibilities, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with graphic designers or outside vendors to develop creative content that aligns with the company’s branding and messaging. The role requires a champion for digital best practices, ensuring that all marketing efforts reflect the organization's values and mission. Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains, and distributes reports and dashboards that effectively present digital marketing metrics.
  • Creates and manages social media content calendars across multiple social media accounts and platforms.
  • Creates, analyzes, and reports on all digital and pay-per-click advertising.
  • Monitors social media across all platforms and engages with the audience when appropriate.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing/Communications team to execute creative, paid media, and social media tactics based on the overall strategy.
  • Manages social media budgets to optimize spend and boost high-performing posts.
  • Uses analytical skills to interpret social media, digital, and website data to optimize reach, impact, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborates with Graphic Designer or outside vendors to develop creative content.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Practical experience and/or working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
  • Experience with Hootsuite or similar platform.
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Google Ads.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
