About the position

The Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on HTML/CSS email coding, audience segmentation, and quality assurance. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing campaigns through data analysis and ensuring effective messaging across various audience segments. The Specialist also maintains email templates to align with brand standards and contributes to the overall digital marketing strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of campaign development from start to finish, including HTML/CSS coding, audience building, business approvals, quality checks, and deployment.
  • Analyze engagement data to recommend enhancements, refine communication tactics, and optimize campaign frequency and messaging.
  • Build, execute, and report on digital campaigns that engage multiple audiences and segments, using effective message delivery.
  • Oversee HTML/CSS email code development, testing, scheduling, sending, and performance metrics tracking, including managing deliverability and opt-out rates.
  • Update and maintain existing email templates, ensuring consistency with branding and email design best practices.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure effective and timely message delivery.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks that support the organization’s digital marketing vision and core values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science/Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, specifically in email campaign execution, testing, analytics, and planning.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS coding with experience in responsive design for emails.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and composition skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts across all levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar email/data automation platforms for campaign and audience management.
  • Understanding of digital marketing sales analytics and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including multi-table joins, grouping, aggregation, common table expressions, and conditional filters.
  • High attention to detail in campaign setup and execution.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
