About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for contributing creatively and strategically to digital marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads and interest in the company's products, services, and events. This role involves implementing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, monitoring their performance, and providing insights and analytics to enhance future campaigns and brand reputation management.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal customers and the Marketing team to understand objectives and develop creative digital communications and strategies.
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, landing pages, and in-store digital displays.
  • Develop engaging content for social media channels, schedule posts, set up ad campaigns, monitor community engagement, and respond to messages.
  • Build and schedule email marketing communications and campaigns.
  • Update content on company websites, company intranet, and in-store digital displays as directed.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting on digital campaign performance, metrics, and analytics, contributing post-campaign analysis with insights and success stories.
  • Provide insights, evaluations, and recommendations for continuous improvement of future digital marketing campaigns.
  • Research and analyze customer demographic information for strategic recommendations.
  • Map and analyze the customer journey to enhance engagement and optimize touch points across all digital platforms.
  • Build strong relationships through excellent communication and trustworthy behavior.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Two to five years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, demand generation, or lead generation role.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, marketing automation, and tools for social media, websites, SEM, SEO, email marketing, and digital displays.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM tools, including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
  • Proficient in the use of social media platforms, major web browsers, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with relevant analytics tools for campaign performance reporting across social, web, email, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Strong computer skills for accessing and extracting digital marketing analytic data.
  • Experience with WordPress CMS for website content management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop skills for simple editing.
  • Experience with digital signage applications.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
