About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at BioLab Sciences is responsible for executing the company's digital marketing strategy to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and ensure consistency in digital content. This role also supports talent acquisition efforts by developing employer branding strategies across digital platforms to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and brand awareness.
• Manage the company's website, ensuring content is regularly updated and optimized for SEO and user experience.
• Design and create digital marketing materials, including graphics and promotional content, in line with brand guidelines.
• Support the talent acquisition team by developing and managing digital campaigns that promote the company's employer brand.
• Create and share content (social media posts, blogs, videos) that highlight company culture, benefits, and career opportunities to attract potential candidates.
• Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing recommendations based on data.
• Maintain the organization of marketing assets in tools such as Drop Box.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms, including recruitment channels.
• Oversee online promotional activities, such as email campaigns, social media management, and job listing platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms).
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams, including HR.
