About the position

Total Apartment Solutions is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence and drive brand growth. This dynamic role focuses on lead generation across multiple business lines, rebranding efforts, and optimizing the company's visibility on Google and other platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing partners and the Chief Revenue Officer to create and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads for multiple business units.
• Analyze and optimize lead conversion metrics to drive growth.
• Take ownership of the SEO strategy, ensuring competitive ranking on Google.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and monitor website performance.
• Collaborate with the team and marketing company to assist in rebranding efforts.
• Ensure all digital channels reflect updated branding and messaging.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing.
• Create engaging content tailored to the audience, including blog posts and social media updates.
• Manage social media accounts to grow followers and engagement.
• Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation across platforms.
• Implement strategies to improve customer sentiment and visibility.
• Act as a liaison between the company and external marketing partners.
• Work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to align efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO and content creation.
• Proven track record of lead generation and managing digital campaigns.
• Experience with rebranding projects and working with external marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
