About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio plays a vital role in supporting the Director of Brand Marketing. This position involves managing social media, executing email marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement, and coordinating events to strengthen the brand's presence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Create compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated campaigns.
  • Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences for targeted messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Plan and coordinate events that align with our brand values and objectives.
  • Handle event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
  • Promote events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and feedback collection.
  • Execute social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, responding promptly and appropriately.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing and event coordination.
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in marketing.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other email marketing regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
