About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for enhancing America's Credit Union's advertising strategies and maintaining brand standards. This role involves researching competitors, analyzing advertising trends, and creating effective marketing materials to drive growth and membership conversion. The specialist will also monitor digital traffic and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with sales, business development, or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
  • Gathers materials necessary to understand the project and competition, analyzing these materials to determine effective digital communication techniques.
  • Drafts and proposes communications campaigns, including social media, online media, print media, direct mail, and multimedia.
  • Presents design ideas and recommendations to the VP of Acquisition and Communication.
  • Measures and reports on digital traffic, conducting analytics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Monitors social media and Google Analytics numbers.
  • Optimizes paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
  • Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
  • Brainstorms and implements experiments and version tests (A/B testing).
  • Schedules and develops filming scripts and production.
  • Evaluates the success of campaigns when completed.
  • Attends trade shows and community fairs, staffing the company booth.
  • Devises and implements content strategies across America's Credit Union's omnichannel platform.
  • Designs and refines marketing messages and materials for delivery across all marketing platforms.
  • Manages lead generation, SEO, and SEA efforts.
  • Manages appropriate vendor relationships.
  • Collaborates with cross-departmental stakeholders to enhance the member journey and expand America's Credit Union's footprint.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of video production and podcasting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Usage of Canva and potentially other Adobe products.

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer acquisition experience (1 year preferred).
  • Organizational skills (1 year preferred).
