Responsibilities

  • Work independently and with business stakeholders to create engaging social and email marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Track, analyze, and report on social and digital campaign performance; utilize data to provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI
  • Manage and optimize Laborie’s social media channels and requests
  • Support the digital team with ongoing website updates and maintenance
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials in digital campaigns
  • Manage marketing processes and procedures for consistency and standardization, including regulatory, clinical, and legal compliance
  • Stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media content creation and strategy, and email campaigns
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Canva, LinkedIn
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and works well independently and on a team

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics
  • Experience in regulated life sciences or medical device technology industry is a plus
