About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC is a key member of the marketing team responsible for planning, developing, and distributing content that enhances brand awareness and supports the firm's strategic business goals. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create compelling marketing materials across multiple channels, ensuring effective communication and engagement with target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop content strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Team and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Assist in defining core themes and topics that align with the company's brand values and audience interests.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create a publishing schedule for content distribution.
• Draft clear and compelling copy for various marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and company websites.
• Create and manage content for the firm's Content Calendar across blogs, social media, emails, and other digital platforms.
• Produce videos to support marketing efforts, including property listings and company awards.
• Ensure content reaches the right audience at the right time to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Maintain marketing lists in Salesforce and Pardot to optimize email marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in digital marketing (preferred).
• Proficiency in email marketing, Adobe Photoshop, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and writing skills.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, SEO, Pardot, Google Ads, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe InDesign and video creation.
• Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google/LinkedIn Ads.
