Responsibilities

• Optimize SEO and PPC campaigns in collaboration with agency partners.
• Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to drive lead acquisition.
• Implement marketing automation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage marketing platforms, ensuring data integrity and proper integration.
• Implement lead scoring and segmentation for effective lead management.
• Monitor and analyze marketing automation performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record in paid/organic SEO and PPC strategy.
• Experience in email marketing and lead management campaigns.
• Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and Google Analytics.
• Strong planning, execution, and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and Act-On marketing platforms.
• Ability to empathize and approach problems from multiple angles.
