About the position

SWBC is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist and support the digital team in managing all digital assets, including the company's web presence and marketing automation system. The role involves implementing marketing strategies, maintaining content on various websites, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive traffic and identify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and creativity to enhance digital marketing efforts in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and managing digital assets including websites and marketing automation systems.
  • Implement marketing automation, paid advertising, retargeting, and SEO strategies as directed by the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Manage and maintain content on swbc.com and related sites.
  • Complete daily maintenance tasks on digital assets as requested by the business.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst to pivot marketing campaign executables.
  • Monitor the impact of digital media assets and provide analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the sales process and attribution model to report on ROI.
  • Administer the marketing automation system and ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in website maintenance and development, including basic HTML and SEO.
  • Experience in marketing automation and digital advertising execution, including Google AdWords.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem resolution skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with digital marketing strategy and user behavior analytics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their interaction with marketing automation.
