As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Innova Solutions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the omnichannel organization, specifically focusing on the PASS team and program needs. Your primary goal will be to ensure connectivity to broader commercialization efforts, enhancing communication connectivity, tactics, and execution across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive brand.com nursing adherence enrollment schematic and managing the overall PASS omnichannel enrollment strategy. This includes owning the communications Business Requirements Document (BRD) in collaboration with the agency, as well as managing the handoff asset strategy between TAG and the agency. In this role, you will also oversee the communication integrations build and testing timeline, ensuring that the implementation plan for communication integrations is executed effectively. You will quarterback the integration launch planning, which involves obtaining necessary sign-offs for DTA, QVA, and BRD. Additionally, you will incorporate PASS communications into the broader Cobenfy omnichannel ecosystem, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and providers. Experience in the schizophrenia patient/provider/care-giver journey is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to connect with the target audience effectively. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, or related marketing or media agency experience. You should have a strong background in pharmaceutical omnichannel strategy and digital marketing, particularly with commercial patient support programs. Proven experience in managing digital agencies, pharmaceutical call centers, technical integrations, vendors, and cross-functional support teams is essential. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva PromoMats, WorkFront, and Veeva CRM is also required.
