About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the client's digital presence through the planning and implementation of various digital marketing campaigns. This role involves measuring and reporting on campaign performance, optimizing user experience, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand messaging across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain website and social media presence to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience on the website.
  • Conduct testing and conversion experiments to improve marketing strategies.
  • Identify trends and insights in the digital marketing industry and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
  • Work closely with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies in the digital marketing sphere for adoption where appropriate.
  • Create and maintain client relationships, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
  • Leverage skills in marketing research and statistical analysis to enhance digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Proven experience in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS).
  • Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Demonstrable skills in Facebook Insights and Google Ads.
  • Experience in AB Testing.
  • Ability to create effective advertisements.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in building brand awareness.
  • Experience in managing company websites.
  • Proficient in developing website content.
  • Experience in website optimization.
  • On-site SEO skills.
