About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at ThedaCare is responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives that enhance the organization's position in the healthcare market and support overall growth goals. This role involves collaboration with the Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) team to coordinate marketing activities, utilize marketing technology, and analyze performance data for optimization. The Specialist will ensure effective implementation of digital strategies and track performance metrics to report on results.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives to enhance ThedaCare's market position.
• Collaborate with the BMC team to coordinate marketing activities and utilize marketing technology.
• Summarize performance data for optimization of brand and marketing efforts.
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including scheduling, content creation, and deployment.
• Analyze data-driven insights to ensure impactful results and contribute to brand-building goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agencies, and vendors to support strategic initiatives.
• Support CRM, marketing automation, email nurture campaigns, and digital patient acquisition campaigns.
• Track BMC analytics and summarize reports on results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and digital strategy with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Proficient with digital platforms and toolsets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiencies in digital and social communications.
• Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
