About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Penhall Company is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the company's nationwide growth. This role encompasses content creation, social media management, SEO, PPC, and email marketing, with a focus on driving engagement, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility. The position requires collaboration with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content across digital platforms, including blogs, website pages, and social media posts.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Create visual assets and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for social media, email campaigns, and web content.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with Penhall's brand and targets key audiences in the construction industry.
  • Manage company profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Analyze engagement and performance metrics to refine strategies and increase reach.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization to improve organic search performance.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor SEO and PPC performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate regular reports on progress.
  • Create and manage email campaigns using MailChimp, targeting specific customer segments to drive engagement and lead conversion.
  • Design email templates and automate workflows to enhance user experience and nurture leads.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations leaders to align marketing efforts with sales initiatives.
  • Support the sales team by creating marketing collateral that enhances sales presentations and customer engagement.
  • Share lead generation insights and SEO performance reports to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics such as lead generation, SEO rankings, website traffic, and campaign performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing efforts and improve ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and MailChimp.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with PPC advertising, including Google Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Graphic design experience.
  • Ability to create short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
