About the position

The SEO & Corporate Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies that enhance the company's brand and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing SEO and paid search campaigns for multiple healthcare practice websites, requiring a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams and align marketing efforts with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify market opportunities and define the company’s value proposition.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to guide marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and corporate communications.
  • Develop and manage brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all departments.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance brand recognition and equity in the market.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and PR activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets, messaging, and distribution strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of corporate communications, including press releases, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Manage content strategy for corporate websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and objectives.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives support business development efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, media, and industry influencers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate-level marketing inquiries and initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures, ensuring activities stay within budget.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the marketing team.
  • Manage all outside vendors.
  • Create, implement, and manage SEO strategies for 12+ practice websites, each with its own branding.
  • Conduct regular site audits, on-page optimization, keyword research, and content recommendations.
  • Develop link-building strategies and collaborate with content creators to enhance organic rankings.
  • Analyze and monitor website traffic, rankings, and overall performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation across multiple practices.
  • Optimize paid search strategies to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results.
  • Implement strategies to increase website traffic, improve patient conversions, and ultimately grow new patient volumes.
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials, both digital and print, as needed.
  • Support the implementation of new business strategies aimed at enhancing lead generation and patient acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, and Google Ads management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple websites and brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Strong understanding of paid search strategies and experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
