We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced and highly innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies, configuring ads, running tests, analyzing campaign results, implementing optimizations, and generating performance reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for connecting with customer audiences. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will oversee and manage a portfolio of 40-50 clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met with high-quality strategies and campaigns tailored to each client's unique goals. You will execute and maintain multiple campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring consistent performance and brand messaging. Your role will also involve crafting and refining digital marketing strategies, leveraging industry best practices to drive campaign success and client satisfaction. You will set up and optimize ad campaigns across platforms, making data-driven adjustments to maximize return on investment for each client. Analyzing and interpreting complex campaign data will be crucial to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and successful strategies that can be replicated. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive performance reports for each client, providing insights and recommendations tailored to their objectives, while maintaining clear and proactive communication regarding campaign performance. Staying abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and tools is essential, as you will work collaboratively with your Team Lead and across the department to learn and disseminate key learnings and best practices. Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain multiple campaigns for each client across various digital channels, ensuring consistent performance and brand messaging.
  • Craft and refine digital marketing strategies for a diverse client base, leveraging industry best practices to drive campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Set up and optimize ad campaigns across platforms, making data-driven adjustments to maximize return on investment for each client.
  • Analyze and interpret complex campaign data across multiple clients and campaigns to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and successful strategies that can be replicated.

  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and tools, working collaboratively with your Team Lead and across the department to learn and disseminate key learnings and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and practices.
  • Familiarity with the use and best practices of various social media and digital advertising platforms.
  • Ability to interpret and leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Comfort with analytics tools and Excel/Google Sheets is essential.
  • Creative thinking to develop engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to create compelling ad copy and reports.
  • Capacity to quickly adapt to new technologies and departmental processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met.
