About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist position at a Medical Device Manufacturer located in Haw River, NC, is a full-time, on-site role that requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing & Public Relations and is integral to the company's mission of driving growth and revenue through effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various digital marketing disciplines, including eCommerce, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and affiliate marketing, while also supporting cross-functional teams. In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will leverage analytics and data analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities include curating content, planning, scheduling, and executing digital marketing campaigns, as well as developing customer journey funnels. The specialist will be tasked with translating marketing goals and insights into actionable strategies, deploying and measuring forecasts, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The position requires a high level of analytical reporting, critical thinking, and tactical communication skills to enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for understanding and researching advertising trends, identifying and negotiating advertising opportunities, managing website content, and utilizing data mining platforms to target potential clients. Additionally, the role involves planning and executing bi-weekly digital marketing campaigns, measuring digital traffic and conversions, monitoring social media and Google Analytics, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools. Reporting on campaign growth and analytics to stakeholders, conducting market research, and brainstorming potential strategies and conversion tests are also key components of this position.

Requirements

  • Experience in eCommerce, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and affiliate marketing
  • Ability to use analytics and data analysis to drive growth and revenue
  • Skilled in curating content and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in developing customer journey funnels
  • Strong analytical reporting and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent tactical communication skills
