About the position

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Kforce, you will work under managerial direction to execute a variety of digital marketing activities aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of assigned tasks within specified time frames and budget constraints. This role is integral to the marketing team, where you will assist in the strategy and execution of various digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for creating detailed reports to communicate updates both within the department and to external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall marketing goals. Your responsibilities will include leveraging the email system to create and send targeted email marketing campaigns, utilizing the content management system to update and optimize the external website, and implementing SEO strategies to enhance website visibility. You will conduct ongoing website audits and research best practices to present to leadership, ensuring that Kforce remains competitive in the digital landscape. Additionally, you will execute Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities, focusing on pay-per-click marketing to maximize qualified lead generation, drive traffic, and deliver measurable ROI for the business. In this role, you will also assist with graphic design and copywriting for external promotional projects, staying up-to-date on digital marketing trends and performing competitive analysis within the staffing industry. Your ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain professionalism will be key to your success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of applicable digital marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working experience with MS Office Suite required.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and content management systems preferred.
