The Digital Marketing Specialist supports acquisition focused performance marketing for the TOMS Ecommerce business through paid media advertising on digital channels such as paid social, paid search, retargeting and affiliate marketing. This role supports new customer acquisition, ROAS, and revenue goals through efficient scaling of media. The role owns the paid media campaign/style focus calendar and leads the creative shot list and sourcing process, collaborating with internal and external partners for all paid media planning and execution. The role supports the reporting and audience targeting processes, as well as testing and learning into new strategies to drive performance.
