About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to enhance the Dewey's brand. This role involves collaboration with the marketing team to create, execute, and analyze marketing programs aimed at attracting new customers. Key responsibilities include managing the Dewey's Pizza website, online listings, and executing online activities such as SEO, SEM, and SMM.

Responsibilities

• Champion Dewey's Brand, Culture, and Vision through marketing.
• Uphold and model the company's Purpose, Values, and Strategies.
• Lead with data, metrics, and analysis of the business.
• Connect with community organizations and build partnerships.
• Manage Dewey's Pizza digital presence.
• Collaborate with marketing to lead and execute social media.

Requirements

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for marketing, including storytelling across digital and social media channels.
• Client/Vendor management experience with the ability to foster positive relationships.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and strategic thinker with an analytical approach to uncovering insights and driving marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative in both independent and collaborative settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, G4 Analytics, WordPress, and other relevant tools.
• Detail-oriented, especially in proofreading and ensuring the accuracy of marketing materials.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
