About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Treasured Memories will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital advertising and online presence across various platforms. This in-office role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to running campaigns, analyzing performance data, and promoting the company's software and products to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles for accurate representation and visibility.
• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing PPC, and OTT channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports to measure key metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Assist in promoting and marketing company software and products across digital channels.
• Analyze metrics from various platforms to gauge effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
• Work with internal teams to align digital strategies with broader company goals.

Requirements

• Associates degree or greater in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
• More than 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in Google Business, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing PPC, and OTT media.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of PPC and digital ad performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
