About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at DeliverIt Pharmacy is responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks related to digital marketing. This role involves assisting the marketing manager with project organization, conducting market research, and creating marketing content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and excellent interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and enhance the company's image.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the marketing manager and marketing team with project organization.
• Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
• Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys.
• Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
• Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
• Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
• Composing and posting online content for the company's social media page and website.
• Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Management and execution of digital marketing strategy.
• Creation of content for marketing material (website articles, blogs and social media).
• Social Media Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, and Social Media skills.
• Experience in social media management.
• Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge.
• Experience with SEO and Google Ads is preferred.
• Proficiency in any of the following languages is encouraged, but not required: Spanish, Arabic.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in digital marketing (2 years preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (2 years preferred).
• Experience with CRM tools (2 years preferred).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (2 years preferred).
