About the position

Zensah is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team at our Hallandale Beach location. As a key player in our marketing department, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's growth and visibility in the athletic apparel market. This role is designed for a creative and analytical individual who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to contribute to our mission of helping athletes perform better. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and strategizing test campaigns that include ad copy, creative elements, offers, and landing pages. Your primary goal will be to improve key performance metrics across all campaigns. You will manage and optimize advertising efforts across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and more. While experience with Amazon Ads is not mandatory, it is considered a plus. You will also be expected to develop data-driven digital advertising strategies aimed at optimizing customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the planning and execution of brand awareness campaigns. Your expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and Google AdWords will be crucial in driving our marketing initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and strategize test campaigns including ad copy, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve key metrics across all campaigns.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital advertising strategies to optimize customer acquisition.
  • Create and manage brand awareness campaigns.
  • Utilize Facebook Insights, Advertisements, and Analytics to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Insights, Advertisements, and Analytics.
  • Ability to create and manage brand awareness campaigns.
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Google AdSense, and Google AdWords.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience setting up and managing advertising through Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap, TikTok, and/or Amazon.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
