About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at The Chefs' Warehouse will be instrumental in enhancing the brand's voice and presence across various digital platforms. This role focuses on content creation, storytelling, and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement through email, social media, and paid campaigns. The position offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven marketing, allowing the specialist to measure the impact of their work.

Responsibilities

  • Craft engaging, on-brand content and copy for digital channels including social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and advertisements.
  • Plan, execute, and track organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Write and develop visually appealing and action-driven email marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling ad copy and coordinate visual assets for paid social campaigns, ensuring cohesion with the design team.
  • Analyze campaign data to understand audience engagement and refine future content strategies.
  • Contribute creative ideas and content that tell a cohesive brand story across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, design, and content teams to execute new digital campaign ideas.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance the brand's digital presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related internships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for copywriting and storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo) and social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer).
  • Interest in learning about campaign performance data and applying it to improve content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.

Nice-to-haves
