About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Ebby Halliday Realtors is responsible for managing the digital marketing platforms for the company's real estate brands. This role involves coordinating social media activities, managing brand blogs, and providing marketing support to sales associates and managers. The specialist will also engage in copywriting and administration tasks, ensuring effective communication and brand representation across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, integrate and manage daily activities of corporate social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Manage and contribute to brand blogs
• Engage in copywriting, both long and short form, including extensive social media content and occasional press releases
• Assist sales associates, sales managers, and staff with social media and general marketing support
• Manage Google Business pages
• Teach social media best practices
• Perform administration responsibilities as requested or assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on Social Media platforms
• Strong understanding of today's most relevant social media outlets
• Strong copywriting skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize time effectively
• Good oral and written communication skills

Nice-to-haves
