About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement for Integrated Real Estate Group. This position involves creating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective content strategies.
• Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Maintain a content calendar for timely publishing of materials.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice and style guidelines.
• Develop and manage content for social media channels to increase engagement.
• Conduct audience research to inform content creation.
• Work closely with graphic designers and web developers to create cohesive content.
• Regularly review and update existing content to keep it relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 11+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing or sales preferred but not necessary to apply.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven work ethic and desire to learn.
• Organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of the residential housing industry is a plus.
• Experience in working effectively with a team is a plus.
