About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving healthcare provider recruitment demand generation efforts for Health Carousel brands. This role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, executing digital advertising campaigns, and optimizing strategies to attract and engage talent effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google AdWords, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Execute the entire ad campaign lifecycle—from setup to launch, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Continuously A/B test creative, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve ad performance.
  • Provide insights into audience behavior, targeting optimizations, and demographic performance across channels.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to inform strategies.
  • Build and optimize audience segments using first-party and third-party data to target high-value customers and prospects.
  • Regularly measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and expenditures; analyze data & user feedback to identify opportunities to improve desired outcomes.
  • Improve the recruiter's ability to attract and engage talent through implementation of demand generation tools & tactics.
  • Become the voice of the candidate by developing a keen understanding of the customer journey, stages of the customer buying cycle, campaign metrics and analysis, and market intelligence resources.
  • Support execution of growth-marketing-generated recruiting, sourcing, and retention strategies and related funnel-focused lifecycle action plans for candidates.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns designed to increase inbound lead generation with effective content & creative across email, text message, job post, social media, and advertisements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to nurture and retarget candidates further down the funnel.
  • Implement, monitor, and ensure effective usage of 3rd party recruitment platforms and job sites.
  • Coordinate with functional marketing leads to achieve aggressive marketing goals.
  • Give input to the recruitment marketing plan and budget as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion and serve as a business partner to the recruiting organization.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends, updates, and tools in digital advertising platforms, continuously seeking new opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with specific experience in paid search, social advertising, and/or SEO.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or staffing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to pull insights and make decisions from data.
  • Experience building and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, chat automation, SMS, email marketing, and contact management software is preferred.
  • Experience with website builders akin to Webflow or WordPress.
  • Experience with Twilio/Segment, Google Tag Manager, and/or Amplitude is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Strong sense of urgency and results orientation with a demonstrated ability to produce.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Solid writing and communication skills; ability to influence others and earn respect.
  • Ability to build coalitions across functions and work effectively with others.
  • Hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
