About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Crawford Electric Supply is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance the company's online presence and drive revenue growth. This role involves utilizing various digital marketing tools and strategies, including paid media, email marketing, and content creation, while continuously seeking process improvements to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge paid media campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Define, measure, and evaluate paid media KPIs.
  • Implement marketing automation processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Manage the email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment.
  • Create content for and build high conversion landing pages which includes creating and editing HTML.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
  • Create sound digital graphic design.
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute performance to key leaders.
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.
  • Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
  • Responsible for managing the flow of leads from Marketing to Sales, including creation of leads in the CRM, routing to sales, and ensuring follow-up.
  • Help report on marketing impact by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data tied to marketing qualified leads or marketing origination.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of previous marketing experience.
  • Understanding of CRM and Digital Marketing tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Data analysis, analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong understanding of web design trends, techniques, and current online practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with the Electrical Distribution industry is a plus.
