About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for developing strong and integrated marketing strategies through digital channels, including but not limited to email, media programs, SEM/SEO and PPC advertising, content creation and syndication, managing ecommerce products and pages, and social networking. This individual will focus on promoting our products, increasing brand awareness and generating leads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong and integrated marketing strategies leveraging channels including but not limited to email, media programs, SEM/SEO, PPC advertising, and other tactics to successfully promote our products, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote assigned product lines through paid and unpaid digital marketing channels.
  • Design and implement clear and effective HTML-based email promotions, web pages, and landing pages.
  • Optimize web and product pages with SEO to increase website traffic, conversions and other key metrics.
  • Generate and nurture leads through ownership of marketing budget and execution of paid marketing campaigns including PPC programs (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook) and media publication ads and programs.
  • Research and maintain company profile on existing online industry portals and directories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, Sales and Product teams across global offices to create original content and localize existing assets for targeted audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in Business-to-Business (B2B) environment; Emphasis in High Tech Field and/or specific experience with tech manufacturer a strong plus
  • Experience with email marketing and proficient in HTML/CSS and Adobe Suite (especially Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with Pardot or other similar marketing automation tools a strong plus
  • Experience with PPC, SEM/SEO, lead generation and nurturing
  • Experience with Google Analytics and general data analysis, with ability to extract business insight based on trends
  • Proficiency in use of business productivity tools such as Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess efficient time management, strong organizational skills, is self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Positive and determined attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
  • Must be up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
