About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Hunters is responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role involves collaboration across various teams to align marketing strategies with company objectives, focusing on paid advertising, SEO/SEM initiatives, content management, and analytics. Responsibilities

  • Manage global digital advertising campaigns, including paid search (Google Ads), LinkedIn, Reddit & X ads, and report on KPIs.
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies by optimizing website content and conducting keyword research.
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure all digital platforms are regularly updated with fresh, relevant content optimized for search and conversion best practices.
  • Coordinate with the web development team to manage website updates and ensure alignment with digital marketing campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., social media engagement, website traffic, email open rates), sharing insights and making suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing strategies, including drafting, sending, and monitoring performance of email campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, creative, and product teams to align marketing strategies with broader company objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Expertise in running ads on Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
  • Ability to measure campaign performance using a structured framework.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience collaborating with graphic designers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with teams across different time zones.
  • Accountability to strict deadlines.
  • Motivated to work hard for career progression.
  • Creative thinking and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using HubSpot.
  • Previous work experience in a cybersecurity company (in-house or agency).
