About the position

The Cleveland Vibrator Company is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance its digital marketing efforts. This role involves managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising, to support the marketing department's objectives and the company's overall goals. The specialist will oversee content creation, SEO analysis, PPC advertising, and maintain a cohesive digital presence across the company's websites.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement compelling social media content for organic and paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing director to develop and maintain a quarterly social media calendar.
• Create engaging images and graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Support video content production for the company's YouTube channel.
• Analyze social media campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Maintain and update content across the company's three websites.
• Conduct SEO analysis and keyword research to boost search engine rankings.
• Leverage HubSpot for email marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Develop and manage digital ad campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Support various administrative marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub for email marketing and campaign tracking.
• Experience managing campaigns in HubSpot Sales Hub.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Thorough understanding of SEO and SEM principles and best practices.
• Experience with social media management platforms.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
