About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at LaSalle Network is a dynamic role designed for a motivated individual looking to support a growing internal marketing team. This position involves hands-on execution of various creative projects, content creation, and collaboration with marketing and public relations professionals. The role offers mentorship and the opportunity for career growth within the company or through job placement assistance with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email marketing
  • Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages and lead generation content
  • Continuously develop, implement and enhance LaSalle Network's digital and print marketing and communications strategy
  • Create, manage and distribute email and newsletter content to prospects and clients
  • Analyze and report on marketing data/ROI/campaign performance via our Marketing Tech Stack: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
  • Establish analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers and continually refine our process to convert clients
  • Assist with the development and execution of paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage surveys and track responses, trends and data
  • Craft new Website/Landing Pages
  • Optimize website copy for SEO, conduct keyword research and analysis, monitor SEO performance via Semrush
  • Create proposals/pitch decks and execute Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Leverage Canva, Google Slides and the Adobe Suite to create collateral to market our services
  • Plan in-person and virtual events from ideation to set up to tear down

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or an equivalent field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy and strong work ethic
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and innate curiosity
