About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Hospice of the North Coast is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the organization's brand presence and promote its services. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to design digital media campaigns, manage content creation, and maintain a strong online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare marketing sector, particularly in hospice care, and will be passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities

• Design digital media campaigns aligned with organizational goals
• Coordinate the creation of digital content including websites, blogs, press releases, email blasts, and podcasts
• Manage end-to-end digital projects
• Establish web presence to boost brand awareness
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media and manage Social Media Ads
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
• Stay up to date with digital media developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• At least three (3) years' experience in marketing for the healthcare industry, preferably in hospice care operations
• Good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job duties
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
• Experience with visual communication principles
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
