About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at DAR PRO Solutions will play a vital role in supporting the marketing efforts of the company. This position involves collaborating with various teams to create effective marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the brand and generating demand for products and services. The role emphasizes lead generation, customer retention, and utilizing appropriate channels to reach target audiences, while also engaging in research and analysis to improve marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to create effective campaigns.
  • Conduct research on industry-related topics, competitors, and customers.
  • Identify new segments and opportunities to generate leads and boost conversions.
  • Plan trade shows and travel to events to engage and improve ROI.
  • Brainstorm, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Administer social media, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analysis.
  • Prepare video and image assets and manage third-party design projects.
  • Work with SEO/Google Ad partners to implement strategies that drive website traffic.
  • Build email templates, contact forms, and landing pages.
  • Write creative and informative copy for ads, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Use CRM to research and automate marketing touchpoints across the customer journey.
  • Provide regular campaign communication to internal stakeholders and participate in team meetings.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance for improvements.
  • Assist with pre-qualifying leads and suggest tactics to improve inbound lead quality.
  • Support the launch and adoption of products or technology, such as a customer portal.
  • Lead project calls and communicate deliverables to ensure projects are on track.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technology.
  • Perform general marketing administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, design, communications or related field.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, including social media, blogging, emails, and search engine marketing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing/communications setting.
